RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implement digital advertising, social media and content strategies in local media
• Actively participating in selling and upselling
• Analyzing market trends, developing high-value solutions and services
• Planning & analyzing ahead, implementing set goals
• Building strong client relationships and providing strategic consulting
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Setting a positive example through ownership and teamwork, fostering growth for all colleagues
• Contributing to the company’s market awareness and representation
• Understanding clients’ needs and delivering solutions that meet them

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising and/or content management
• Solid experience in project and stakeholder management
• Expertise in managing brand campaign strategies and tactics
• Deep understanding of the local digital media landscape
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service and consulting
• Highly organized and quality-oriented
• Work experience with events is a plus
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Can-do attitude
• Relevant education or equivalent experience preferred
